Transcoding really slow on DS216Play

Hi,

 

I'm new to all this, so please bear with me.

 

I have recently installed Emby on to my DS216Play with 2 HDHomeRuns, everything works well, until it comes to transcoding any of the recordings, then it runs really slowly, so much so, playback is pretty much on constant stall, transcoding at "6.2Mbps ts h264 aac"  and the CPU is constantly at 98%. I have tried "converting the recording on the fly to MKV" however this has the same effect on the CPU and when you have 2 or 3 recordings at the same time, it gets a little overworked at 99%.

 

Any help would be most appreciated.
