Huede82 1 Posted October 8, 2017 Share Posted October 8, 2017 Hi, On my KS9080 the video is shown with for example DTS audio, but on the connected AVR the audio is only known as stereo. At live TV or Netflix the audio source is known as surround.... Are there maybe wrong settings on the transcoding settings on the server? Thanks. SamES 893 Posted October 8, 2017 Share Posted October 8, 2017 Assuming that the item is using DirectPlay, you need to go into the TV's audio settings and select DTS in the audio output format while playing the item. When you go back to a DD source, you will need to go back into the settings and change it back to DD. Unfortunately it is not possible for the app to automatically switch the TV audio format.
