Possible to restrict content on a "Device" basis"

Hello,

 

I have a central server with 3 connected android devices as clients. One of these devices is in the room that the Grandchildren use when they stay over. I would like to be able restrict mature content (TV-MA, R Rated, etc) to that device regardless of which child is using the room. Is it possible to do this? If not, is there any chance of this being implemented? Is there any way currently to do this with current restrictions?

Why not just create a kids account with the parental controls you want to use on that device?
