Android client asks for premiere license after server migration

Hi all,

I migrated my Emby Server (Docker container on Unraid) to a different Unraid server. I used

the plugin to backup/restore the server state. My (native streaming) Kodi clients work fine

with the new server, streaming to my Android phone however leaves me with a nag message

asking me to purchase Emby Premiere.

My Premiere key is present on the new server, I see the "Thank you for supporting Emby"

message in the Dashboard, so I assume that the Premiere license is in place.

What could be causing this problem and what can I do to fix it?

Best regards

Matthias

Hi again,

for some reason, the problem seems to have sorted itself out. I didn't change anything

on the client- or the serverside but suddenly the client is not nagging anymore.

Best regards

Matthias

Hi.  Glad it sorted for you.

More than likely, this was some sort of temporary network problem.

Hi again,

it's happening again, this time in the web browser on windows. Trying to play a video file, I get this nag screen:

The server dashboard shows this, so I'm assuming my license is valid.

What is going on there?

It is probably going to be the same thing as before.  Something on the network is keeping the browser from being able to validate the license.
