keith2045 6
I'm experiencing some choppy playback with a specific movie. Every few seconds or so the audio/video pause for a second then it resumes. I've tried multiple browsers (chrome & IE) and both have the issue. This same video plays fine on other apps, just not through the web interface. I've attached the server and ffmpeg-transcode logs. Any suggestions? server.txt ffmpeg-transcode.txt
ebr 14930
Looks like your server is simply not able to transcode it fast enough. It looks to be a very high-bitrate VC1 video which will be quite compute intensive to convert to a format capable of being played in a browser. Luke 37115
For a better experience, try playing something that is not vc1 video codec, like h264 for example. If you have a lot of vc1 files, consider using an app that can direct play them such as emby theater for Windows desktop.
