Record a Series to Non-Default Folder?

I may just be missing something, but I've run through the settings on my (Stable) setup and done some searching.

 

In Live TV, I can set default locations for recordings to go, which is nice to have for keeping branded and commercial-ridden shows separate from rips.

However, I don't see any way to override this default for a scheduled recording, such as to have a kids' show go to a separate library out of my view but accessible to... well, kids.

 

If this functionality is not present, then I'd say the wording is confusing, as I've only ever seen the term "default" used when it's something situational, and the default is used when nothing else is defined.

 

Am I just failing at looking and searching, is there a workaround, or is there something else I should be doing instead of this?
