Podcasts not showing correctly

I've added a couple of podcasts and both have problems in how they're shown in MB. I've tried deleting the podcasts and re-adding them. I've tried using the "delete" option in the metadata manager. I get the same results.

In the metadata manager, one displays with a blank name in the tree, has no metadata, and has no episodes (although the episodes appear in the log). The other displays as "undefined" in the tree but has metadata (including the name!) and episodes.

I've attached my server log (at least a good portion of it - had to keep it within the limits of the max upload size). The last time I tried deleting the metadata and regenerating was around 12:56 in the logs.

Looks like we are being denied access to at least one of the feeds.  What version of podcasts do you have installed?

1.0.1.1. That could be the case even if the logs list all the episodes of both podcasts? Bear in mind that if you go back too far in the logs, you'll see stuff that might lead you astray as I was in trial and error mode (such as trying different podcast url's thinking I had them wrong). That's why I mentioned a "clean" attempt to get podcasts and metadata at 12:56.

What is the podcast feed url?

Try this one and see if it works:

Your link didn't work. I got no errors from the podcast task but no new podcasts show up in the metadata manager even though it is still listed in the plugin page.

Something is up with your installation.

I added both of your feeds and they both come up fine.  They are both audio podcasts so the web client cannot play them (known issue) but MBC does play them fine and they display fine in both for me.

If you can't even get Ted Talks to work then something must be wrong in configuration.

Suggestions? Uninstall and reinstall the plugin? Would the fact that the episodes appear in the server log but not in MB itself point to a problem with the plugin, the server, or unknown?

It couldn't be some sort of NTFS permission problem, could it? Where does the stuff get saved?
