Refresh page when exiting the media player

Currently when you play media from the home screen (next up, continue watching, ect) finish said media and return to the home screen (via the back button in the media player) the media you just played is now marked as watched but the page doesn't update to show the next epp, or clear out 'continue watching'

 

I think these items should update when you return so you don't have to go hunting for the next epp, or manually refresh (visit another page and come back)
