I just redeemed a year of first emby, put the key in my server and I do not have the option available in my app on my nvidia shield. Someone would have an idea, I did a lot of tests without success. I had two accounts with them different email addresses. I deleted the one that had been used for my first tests and left the one that corresponds to the one-year key that I just bought. At first I did tests with an account and an email address. I wanted to buy a license for one year I indicated another address. I use a .m3u file, can it come from there? Thank you, I know more what to do and I do not want to do without this service and be obliged to cancel my subscription. So, I'm going to move this to the Live TV section and can you please provide some screen shots of your user setup and the screens where you say you do not see the record button (the web app is best). I found an xml guide and can record the channels that have a list of programs. I still have to find a complete xml file.
