Watch the two trailers (they are transcoded which is itself OK) Main video starts to play and the info box says it's transcoded not Direct. Main video should be Direct. Quit out of Roku Emby (Beta) Client Disable cinema mode Play same video. Plays direct (Correct) Sent a log file from the Roku last night. Server logs would be attached but the attach times out (trimmed the log to less than 1MB so it's not a size issue) You might want to check out why those are timing out. I've not changed any configuration on my end the only thing that's changed recently is an update to the the current version of Firefox.
