awakening 5
In media browser classic, when selecting the name of an actor, all movies with that actor in my collection will pop up. This also goes for genre and director. It all works fine -as it did in MB2- except that selecting by director now takes a very long time, wheras before it was just as quick as when selecting acor or genre. Is there something I can do to fix that?
Solution ebr 15186 Posted February 25, 2014 Solution Share Posted February 25, 2014 Yeah, the classic and chocolate themes don't have this capability (navigate to director) so that function hasn't been optimized yet for the new world. I'll put it on the list.
Teddy 52
Yes awakening, I have the same issue problem with director, the 1st search time expends a lot of time to show the director's movies (1 minute or more) with the next director search then it's fast. I think it's a server index issue. I hope in the future developers fix it.

awakening 5
And BTW: Is there a theme that does have this option? This, and rating movies with 10 stars instead of 5?
ebr 15186
Actually, I think classic does have the navigate to director option and many of the other themes do as well. But, as you found, it won't perform well right now. The rating value is actually 1-10 but we show that as 5 stars with half stars.
