Machine suitable for server

Good morning, here in the company, there is a rest area for the officials, we are thinking of implementing the emby, for the lunch and snack time, I would like an opinion of which machine to serve as a server, it would be 150 people to access , (Assuming a hypothesis of 150 simultaneous accesses) would like help in deciding which hardware to provide.
