"continue watching" duplicates

So i've installed emby and tried it out. on the main menu of all devices, web, android ect, it shows the same movie loads of times under continue watching. Not sure how/what/when/where?

 

I also have an issue with it displaying the same movie 3-4 times, while i do have multiple files for that movie, e.g. movie-blueray.mkv movie-sd.avi, does not not stack them?
