islipfd19 0
When I first setup Emby, I created a self-signed cert and loaded that cert to my phone. Recently, I registered a domain and created a Letsencrypt cert and loaded that onto the Emby server. Since then I've been receiving popup messages on Emby with a 'cancel' and 'OK' button to accept the certificate. Is there anyway to prevent the popup message? anderbytes 139
You should also import the pfx into the phone. Mine here runs transparently Sent from my ASUS_Z017DA using Tapatalk

Fastest solution (it was for me every time) is to clear app cache i n Android Settings->Apps, then restart the app. Edited August 3, 2017 by shorty1483

And I remember that until late 2016 you had to trust it manually. Maybe now the phone's mozroots is updated with Letsencrypt, and then Android trusts letsencrypt root CA. But I'm not interested in any kind of discussion. I just know that they joined cabforum in 03/2016. I began to use Let's Encrypt in 05/2016 and never had any problems with any of my devices.
