Chapter Image Extraction - ntoskrnl.exe usage high

I was just browsing the net and noticed that my PC's fan decided to speed up - this normally only happens when encoding video or playing games.

I had a look at Task Manager to see what was using the most CPU and ntoskrnl.exe was using between 15 and 20%.

I checked MediaBrowser's Scheduled Tasks and the Chapter Image Extraction had started running. I would have expected that to be using ffmpeg or something similar.

Anyway, if I stop the extraction, then usage of ntoskrnl.exe goes down to 0%, restarting the extraction causes it to jump back up to around 20%.

Is that expected behaviour?
