Fiddler 3
Can someone help me?I am in the process of moving to a new server to run emby-server on (Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit) from my ancient server running Ubuntu 14.04 32 bit. Both servers are running 3.2.25.0. Rather than copy all the media, emby files etc across I am just moving the media files and importing them into the database for the new server. However some of my media files on the old server do not have .nfo files while some do. My question is How do I persuade emby-server to export .nfo files for each media file? I'm assuming that during a scan if a new media file is found that the .nfo file will then be used to populate the database, Is that correct or do I have to set something in the config files? Thanks in Advance
mojhale 0
I don't know if you ever got a solution to this, but I had basically the same question: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/79776-migrating-from-windows-to-linux/ When you refresh metadata, the server creates the .nfo files.
