Device: internal network's Chromecast or AndroidTV (both failing) If I stream it over the WebUI: no issues - server is transcoding there. 2017-07-17 21:20:26.9348 Info HttpServer: HTTP Response 500 to 192.168.1.126. scheideggstrasse 0
is there a way to anonymize the server log? edit: found that post, but that doesn't help for user IPs and full media file paths https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/36007-log-anonymizer-for-linux/ Edited July 17, 2017 by scheideggstrasse
CBers 6771
is there a way to anonymize the server log? Only manually. Remove your WAN address, your email and anything else that might identify you, or give access to your network.

scheideggstrasse 0
Just get notepad++ and do a regex replace. I used linux sed / vi search&replace. But if you need to look through the whole 10000 line log file to find all user IPs, API keys, media paths / names: still toooo much work. Anyway. Removed all .txt, restarted the server and reproduced the error - now only around 500 lines
