gcw07 347
Yes that should be on all modern Roku's that are running the 5.3 software. If your on a Now TV then no, it won't reach you since they froze it on version 4.9 I believe. Basically any device that was released the last couple years I believe should still be updating the software to 5.3 with the exception of Now TV. leebo 8
That explains why this happens to me when I use the Amazon Prime video channel on the Roku. I can only select subtitles before I start playback, but not from within the show. Oddly, the Netflix channel allows me to turn subs on/off while I'm watching. Can anyone explain how to do this with the remote? There's no "subs" key so it's not obvious. Sent from my generic not my computer device.

The star button on the remote is what brings it up in some channels.
leebo 8
Is this only with newer Roku's? I have a Roku LT. The star button does nothing. Sent from my generic not my computer device.

It should be on anything running 5.3 of the Roku software I believe. But can't be sure that it isn't just a Roku 3 or the newer Roku's only.
