2 copies of recording?

if  i have the settings below in the picture, should i be getting 2 copies of the recording?   1 - Original, and the second the mp4 version?   If so, where is the original copy stored, since its not in the folder.   If not, how would i go about keeping both copies?

It only generates 1.  If you want to have an original and a converted, you'd have to set Emby to preserve the original and then run a separate ffmpeg transcode on some kind of schedule via cron and/or shell script assuming Linux. (I think windows has something that will watch a folder and do this for you automatically).
