Full Screen and Full Screen (windowed)

Hey,

 

seem to be asking alot of questions recently sorry.

 

I'm having issue with my setup, its down to HDMI CEC, my AVR and TV but i was wondering is MBT full screen or full screen (windowed)?

 

basically what happens is, if MBT is running on my HTPC but im watching live TV (not through htcp) and i switch the input to my htpc then the resolution changes from 1080p to 720p for a split second then back to 1080p.

 

when it changes the resolution it changes the size of the MBT screen so that its only a small box (720p) in the top left corner of the TV.

 

If i disable HDMI CEC then the TV doesnt change the resolution when changing inputs but then i lose the audio return channel.
