I know I suggested something similar previously, but let's take it a step further. Scenario 1 Trying to play 4K video on a device that cannot handle it, ie Fire Stick. Create a rule set that will allow playback... If [Audio/Video Dropdown]:Video > [Video Quality Dropdown]:1080p Then Transcode [Audio/Video]:Video to [Video Quality]:1080p Max Bitrate: None Transcode [Audio/Video]:Audio to [Audio Quality]:2 Channel Stereo Remove Audio Other Than [Language]: English: Yes Include Subtitles: No Scenario 2 Take a Fire Stick to a friend's house. Create a rule set that will optimize playback when a device is remote. If Device is Remote (ie Connects via outside IP) Transcode [Audio/Video]:Video to [Video Quality]:1080p Max Bitrate: 2MB Transcode [Audio/Video]:Audio to [Audio Quality]:2 Channel Stereo Remove Audio Other Than [Language]: English: Yes Include Subtitles: Only if Audio Is Not [Language]: English 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
