Audio delay option need adjustments of greater granularity than 100ms

100ms jumps is crazy insufficient for syncing audio. For example, my current Shield+receiver+TV combo needs a 250ms delay to properly sync 24p signals. The extra 50ms is very noticeable. 10ms adjustments would be the prefered option.

 

I don't want to set the delay on my receiver or Shield system settings because 60p sources like Youtube or twitch do not require any delay.

 

It would also be helpful to have an application-wide audio delay setting instead of a non-persistent per file setting. Like can be done with Emby Theater on PC with the config file.
