I would like to use refresh rate switching for movies, etc., but not for live TV. Right now, it seems to be all or nothing. I was trying to watch the Stanley Cup final game tonight, and with refresh rate switching on, it was changing the OTA NBC signal to 30 Hz which is not smooth at all. With refresh rate switching off, it defaults to 60 Hz which is perfectly smooth. I'd rather not have to switch between it on and off between watching live TV and other video media.
