I've got my Emby server up and running with a HDHR Prime serving up Comcast cable. The DVR and live TV options are working beyond my wildest hopes and dreams!! Totally seamless, and very well implemented. I'd really like to be able to specify a bitrate target for the DVR recordings. Some channels seem to be taking up 6-10 GB/hour of storage. Since everything is already being passed through ffmpeg before being saved (I've got transcoding to streaming friendly enabled), it seems like it would be straight forward enough to pass through some quality settings. Anyway, maybe this is already possible and I couldn't figure it out. If not and this is a blag to implement then I totally understand.
