stevewalison 1 Posted May 25, 2017 Share Posted May 25, 2017 I have solved this issue, but I'm posting so others may see it, and so it can be brought up to the devs. I have attached the server logs (2017_05_24_Emby_Log_Roku_Timeout_v1.7z), but no debug logging. After the recent upgrade of the Roku app, all 3 of my Roku devices timed out while connecting. Click on the app, and the round loading bar keeps spinning for around 5 minutes. Previous to this update, I had 3 separate Emby app's all working. Preview, Beta and the Legacy application, mixed use on all devices. Even after attempting to remove the channel and start with a fresh Emby app, it would spin and time out connecting attempting to connect to the server. Figuring this has to do with an incorrect/outdated configuration, and only Roku was having issues and was recently updated. I went to the settings dashboard, and selected "Devices". From there, I deleted every "Roku" related entry and I was able to connect to the server immediately. Everything was back and working as expected.
