Playback issues

Hi,

I know this has been commented lots of times...

 

I have some Android TV that have issues playing live tv.

After a few seconds there is freezing or directly the video keeps loading although the dashboard says its playing.

 

I think this is down to the mono version.

Can someone leave step by step for dummies on how to downgrade mono for ubuntu 14?

 

 

 

Also, one more issue.... when transcoding live tv, sometimes the info bar popups up every 0,3s (3 times in 1 second).

Also curious are you sure it is transcoding? I found from my hdhomerun it direct plays to all my devices.

Please regard anything i say as something coming from a newb. I myself am still trying to figure a few things out and my install is cobbled together terribly.
