Question about file download speeds

If a client downloads a movie (etc) off of the server rather than streaming it, they tend to download at around 400kbs-800kb/s. I have a Fiber-op connection that is 50Mpbs UP, so I'm wondering if there is a setting somewhere in Emby to adjust/allow clients to utilize more of my available upload bandwidth ? If not, what's up with leaving so much of the available UL speed unused ? Also seems to vary quite a bit. A 1.5GB tv show might download in 12-15 mins (which is still on the slow end for the DL speed of the client and the UL speed the server has access to). A 3GB movie might take that same user an hour to DL. Nobody else streaming anything at the moment, nothing on the host machine that's using any bandwidth really aside from having a web browser open.

It will already go as fast as possible. It is limited somewhere either due to the remote user's download speed, their ISP throttling, your ISP throttling, etc.
