Accessing bookmarked videos on two user accounts with no password prompt

Hi,

 

I have a Gear VR and use the Samsung Internet app.  Within the app, they have a last accessed section.  Which if you've viewed media within EMBY it'll show there, and this is the only way to ensure it runs at full screen.

 

Now the issue/question I have.  If I log in via a user account A, and it requires a password, and start a movie.  It'll show up in that area.  Now if I log out and access account B, and it requires a password, and start a movie it'll also show up in that area.  Now if I click on the movie from account A while logged in via account B, it'll play that movie without asking for a password for account A.

 

How and why is this possible?  I would hope it would not allow access to restricted accounts without passwords, and more so if they're not even logged into the original account and and the current account doesn't have access to that movie due to library restrictions.
