swan27matt 0 Posted April 21, 2017 Share Posted April 21, 2017 I have noticed this a few months ago but have ignored the issue. When I add an artist/album/song to a playlist new/old my entire music library is then added to the playlist This then slows down the server until I delete the playlist. This does not happen when adding music or movies. I have tested on chrome, firefox, and Emby for Android with the same results. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thank you. swan27matt 0 Posted April 24, 2017 Author Share Posted April 24, 2017 Thank you for your response, For example my current music library is 70,599 songs I created a new playlist (it can be an old one also) and then added one artist (of only 12 songs) The new playlist then contains 70,599 songs If I continue to add more artists or albums my playlist then grows by 70,599 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is an issue adding by Artist or Album Artist. go to Artists or Album Artist right click - add to playlist All Music is added to playlist Adding Albums or tracks there is no issue found. Yes Here is another example for Artist details select Add to playlist from menu the playlist that was created from only Blake Shelton contains every song from all artists My tests are on beta 3.2.13.4 if it makes a difference.
