Crestj 67 Posted April 10, 2017 Share Posted April 10, 2017 Really happy with the ET app now that the downloaded media is working, and working very well IMO. 2 issues though (hopefully easily fixed): 1. Every now and then I try to play some downloaded media and it tells me I need a Premier Subscription (which I do). I assume this happens when the app gets updated but I don't open it whilst it has access to the server. So when I open it for the first time offline it doesn't know if I have a subscription. 2. I have downloaded media as everything tells me it's been sync'd. The server says 100% downloaded and I can even see the mkv's on the device but the app doesn't show them. Can I reset this list or get the app to go and refresh what it thinks has been downloaded? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
