Question about auto-combining multiversion movies

I have my movies organized in two separate, but parallel, directory structures.  I like to keep the lower quality versions apart from the originals.  The sub-directories off the mount point are the same.  The filenames are the same, except for a note about the quality or resolution at the end, for the lower quality movies.

 

Will Emby automatically combine these into the same library item?

No, you'd have to use the multi-version naming conventions discussed in the wiki:
