SWKerr 4 Posted April 6, 2017 Share Posted April 6, 2017 The direction buttons on the FIreTV appear to do nothing useful. UP, Down, Right & left just seem to bring up the navigation pane in the GUI. It would be ideal if I could get Left and Right to chapter skip. Any way to remap any of the remote buttons\functions? I have read that in some cases the right direction button would skip 5 min would be better than the current way it works on the FireTV. Also: The enter key seems to pause and bring up the navigation pane. I think it would be more helpful if the first press just brought up the navigation pane not pause. Since the Fire remote has FF and Rew buttons on it we don't double the arrow keys for that function. Pausing when you hit OK was a feature request we implemented.
