Emby - Resume and listen status for audio

 

I was wondering if it be possible to implement resume and listen status for audio. 

 

Specifically what I would like is to be able to listen to audio podcasts and be able to resume them in some sort of way. I have a playlist of video and audio podcasts and the workflow for the video podcast is perfect. I can resume them and they are marked as watched. 

 

Since maybe it doesn't make sense for songs to have a listen to status and to be able to be resumed, maybe a new media type of "podcasts" could be added where they can be video or audio and they are marked as listened to or watched, as well as able to be resumed.

 

Either that or maybe there could be a setting that enables the setting for audio.

 

Since essentially I just want the functionality that exists for videos to be added for audio, I would imagine it wouldn't be too difficult to implement the exact same functionality, just let it work for audio.
