Make it a separate option from the movies so it can be turned off if it returns too many incorrect results.

I still think there’s definitely merit here. What about the option then to go to your recording schedule and manually correct the metadata much like you would do in the library.

 

It should also then learn that if I select Legomasters (au) it always returns that series not legomasters (se)

Hi, are you having a situation where the guide data is wrong?

It’s more of a situation where after the show is recorded Emby library reads it as in incorrect series. I then have to change it manually. Then the next recording is read as the wrong series so I have 2 series in the library.

The TV guide has it as Legomasters and saves it as just Legomasters. Emby reads it as Legomasters (SE) not Legomasters (AU).

 

That’s why I think being able to tell emby before anything is even recorded what the correct name should be would be great.

 

It’s also happened in the past recording a kids Batman series.
