Unable to play some movies

I'm unable to play some movies, while able to play others. I am playing movies through the Emby app on my Samsung UN65KS8500. One of the movies i'm not able to play is Resident Evil. I can play it however on my Iphone 6 using the Emby app. Both are on LAN connection.

Hi @@marauder, it looks like it's trying to direct play but the tv is probably rejecting it. The app is supposed to automatically switch to transcoding but this is a brand new feature we've only added recently. i would try again with the next release of the samsung app. thanks !
