mmaura 2 Posted March 31, 2017 Share Posted March 31, 2017 Hi, I just change telephone, now i use Honor 5x (KIWL21). The client won't play music and won't play video. For video, if i use external player, it's work fine, unless i have black screen. For music, the android notification zone show current music with timeline counting (increment), but no sound. I was thinking I have tried to sync the music, but it s the same thing. For sure the control volume is up on android device ! .... i have found why when i writing this ... the problem was solved when i put a path in more => parameters => sync offline => path of sync. thank !
