Too many shows recording at the same time = no shows being recorded?

I've got a HDHomeRun Prime (the 3 tuner cable card based cord), and it appears that if I try and record 3 shows at the same time, I get empty recordings for all shows.  I'm assuming this is either speed of hard drive issue, or something else that I'm not aware of.

 

I've attached the seperate recording transcoding logs as well as the server log.

 

Thoughts?

recode transcoe log 1.txt

recode transcoe log 2.txt

recode transcoe log 3.txt

record server log.txt

update - I've done a little testing. it looks like it just is taking more time for the file to appear than I am used to.  Generally I see the file size increase incrementally, which lets me know the recording is happening.  Here, the file doesn't appear til it is all over.  Nothing to see here...move along, move along.
