Any way to remove Guest Stars list? And what is the Folders folder used for?

I created a new TVshows library and copied over two series from my Plex server to the Emby server.  Other than selecting to download the meta info, everything is set to the default settings.

 

When I select TVshows, Star Trek Enterprise, it shows the first episode as Next Up.  Below that there are the Seasons, then the Cast.  If I select Season 1, then the first episode, below the episode, it shows Guest Stars and not the cast.

 

Is there a way to remove the Guest Stars from being listed?  Maybe only show the stars?

 

I'm trying to figure out why the Folders folder exists.   Can someone explain what it is used for?
