BUG - Write Failure from Meta png kicks the hole server

Hi Guys,

 

if i browse through my media library over Webbrowser, the server kick's himself down.

 

The logs give me the reason:

Error ProviderManager: IOException saving to /pool/meta/metadata/artists/Chemical Brothers/fanart.jpg. Sharing violation on path /pool/meta/metadata/artists/Chemical Brothers/fanart.jpg. Will retry saving to /pool/meta/metadata/library/82/8241c741cc89c57a1d0401c2179b6790/backdrop.jpg

 

This is never the same file, it's random... and the server have access to this Folder. It's write successfully a lot of data in this folder...

so what's happend there?

 

Can a used modul access violation?

 

 

Please fix this - in wich you prevent the server (service) to stop working on linux. It's should be try again or ignore a access violation but it must never be a reason to stop working on linux!!

And another BUG i have found - the restart doesn't work. The Server only shutdown.

Hmm,

 

it would be nice, you add the new Packages for Debian.

 

My Server tells me "A new Version is ready for Download: Version 3.2.17.0" but the Packages are still by 3.2.15.0... what's wrong?

I speak about this reported Bug in the thread...

From the way of your question I assume that you mean the first reported bug...
