Uninstalling Emby Server, deleting all cache data, reinstalling, rebuilding the library database anew, and newly creating Collections...me it's all back to normal. Clearly, replacing the ISOs with MKVs got the Server confused. If you've got advice for how to avoid this if I want to change more ISOs to,MKV in the future, I'd appreciate it.
