theReverend 4
I'm experiencing this issue with Xbox, Emby Theater and the Web interface. Version 3.2.1.0 Emby Theater for Windows a) Select an artist (see attached photo ET1). There's only a "Play" option. No Albums or songs appear (see attached photo ET2). Emby Web App a) Select an artist (see attached photo Web1). There are no longer any albums, only songs appear (see attached photo Web2a & Web2b) Emby Xbox a) Same scenario as the Web App (no pictures) Functionality has been removed... Note: I have a HUGE music and movie library. It takes forever to launch/browse music. Please make a text option when loading the music library; the pictures are great but the performance is jeopardized greatly and is no longer usable by me (or more importantly, by my wife). pir8radio 1292
Yea something must be wrong on your end... Here is my view of ET and WEB GUI.. And to address the HUGE collection and slow speed... My collection is reasonable in size 142,000 songs and emby loads up pretty darn quick on mine... Luke 37095
Thanks @@pir8radio. I am thinking it is not performance related.
theReverend 4
I'm running an Intel BOXDZ77GAL-70K Server with a Core i5-3570K (3.4GHZ) and 16GB of RAM. 20TB of storage is on an Intel RAID Controller RT3WB080. I have about 140K songs in the following format: M:\Music\Artists\Artists_C-D\Collective Soul\Dosage\01 - Tremble for My Beloved.mp3 I have about 1500 movies in the following format: P:\Movies (DVD)\Movies (SD)\12 Angry Men (1957) Note: Everything used to appear as in the above picture from @@pir8radio... it's been in the last few weeks that this has become this way. The slow response time has been an issue for a long time. Edited February 15, 2017 by theReverend

theReverend 4
Thanks @@pir8radio. I am thinking it is not performance related. Any input? I removed the music folder from the database and completely rebuilt it last night... I'm still having the same issue. This used to display properly - one of the updates in the last month or so has created this issue and I'd really like to listen to my music again... Luke 37095
@@theReverend, can you please provide the emby server log, from the timeframe of the slow activity? you can learn how to do that here: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/739-how-to-report-a-problem/ Thanks !
