I'm using an Intel Nuc i3 had Win10 installed, Kodi and emby addon (media files are stored on my omv) running basically without any major problem. The only things which guided me to change to libreelec is on the start of the first song (in the category songs) took 5 minutes (compared to my Android tablet 10 seconds) and the second I really would like to get a dedicated multi media device. Now on libreelec I cannot play music what ever settings I use like addon, direct or path substitution no way. Whereas videos are playing. Music is playing if I add the openmediavault directly by smb. I followed the recommendation from @@hoppel118 from here https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/36681-emby-for-kodi-network-credentials-and-ip-path-substitution-needed-under-libreelec-to-play-mp3s/page-2 but without success.
