Hello,

I updated Kodi to v17 and now it turns out, that it is not working as it should be with the emby addon. When it starts a library sync it exits once its reaching the series with "Sync Library has exited - report this to the forums ..".

In the error message it seems that it tries to reference a table called "ratings" and this does not exist anymore and therefor it crashes. Also I can't control it from the emby web app as I used to, as it says: XX items added to playlist, but it does not start to play it.

Help would really be appreciated

Which DB? I removed the emby plugin and with it all data it stored.

I checked it on the filesystem in the folder ~/.kodi and removed all data which looked as it could be from emby.

Alright, after deleting "MyVideo/MyMusic.db" it seems to work - I have no idea how this is connected, but after digging through the kodi.log this was the only error which appeared.

The error was "Error migrating from database 099 to 127" or something similar. So well, if somebody comes here through search, just delete those .db files and restart your system.
