Problem watching photos

I have a photo library with two levels of folders, year and month. I can browser folders and  I can see thumbs correctly, but when I press over a thumb the full screen photo doesn't appears, a generic image is shown.

The problem occurs, I think, since 1.3.12 or 1.3.10, I'm not sure. In previous versions photos works perfect.

Currently I'm using an Nvidia Shield TV, with emby server 3.1.2.0 and app 1.3.16. In android app and web application the photos shows ok.

I grab adb logs :

01-15 18:42:06.763 18618 18618 I System.out: Error loading item 20170106_101134

The server doesn't show any error in the logs.

Tell me if you need server logs.

Thanks.

It's strange. I try uninstall and reinstall Emby on Nvidia Shield to see if it's a local problem, relogin to emby server, and when I enter a folder I can see thumbs, but can't see fullscreen photo.

I try to remove the photo library in Emby server, and reconfigure it, but same problem. In web the photos shows perfect, but not in Shield.

¿ It's better than I submit logs through Android TV app ?

Please post a server log from that operation.  The above log from the app already shows the basic issue - the images cannot be loaded.

If the server log doesn't help us we can look at the entire app log.  Thx.

The server is returning them okay but the device cannot load them.

What is the format of these images?

Okay, please send the log from the app and then post here with the name of the Emby user and the time you sent it.  Thanks.

Logs send from application at 21:44, with local user fcarrasco.

At 21:43 I browse photos folder, and open some in detail.

Mine don't load either, they never have. Thumbnails of course always load nicely but you can forget about viewing the actual photo. Emby for NVIDIA SHIELD for me has been this way with photos since day one.

Please try this with the beta version 1.3.20.  I think this was a problem related to the Android 7.0 update.

With 1.3.20 works, thanks.

But when photo are open fullscreen, left or right buttons doesn't change photo as before.

Yeah, I didn't have time to chase that down.  You can still, however, use the up arrow to bring up a thumbnail list to move around in.
