fracarvic 1
I have a photo library with two levels of folders, year and month. I can browser folders and I can see thumbs correctly, but when I press over a thumb the full screen photo doesn't appears, a generic image is shown. The problem occurs, I think, since 1.3.12 or 1.3.10, I'm not sure. In previous versions photos works perfect. Currently I'm using an Nvidia Shield TV, with emby server 3.1.2.0 and app 1.3.16. In android app and web application the photos shows ok. I grab adb logs : 01-15 18:42:04.685 679 700 I ActivityManager: Displayed tv.emby.embyatv/.details.PhotoPlayerActivity: +105ms 01-15 18:42:04.701 18618 18645 D OpenGLRenderer: endAllActiveAnimators on 0x92945380 (MyImageCardView) with handle 0x91bc1ec0 01-15 18:42:05.134 679 1420 I WindowManager: Destroying surface Surface(name=tv.emby.embyatv/tv.emby.embyatv.browsing.GenericGridActivity) called by com.android.server.wm.WindowStateAnimator.destroySurface:2016 com.android.server.wm.WindowStateAnimator.destroySurfaceLocked:881 com.android.server.wm.WindowState.destroyOrSaveSurface:2087 com.android.server.wm.WindowManagerService.tryStartExitingAnimation:3058 com.android.server.wm.WindowManagerService.relayoutWindow:2938 com.android.server.wm.Session.relayout:216 android.view.IWindowSession$Stub.onTransact:286 com.android.server.wm.Session.onTransact:137 01-15 18:42:06.763 18618 18618 I System.out: Error loading item 20170106_101325 01-15 18:42:06.763 18618 18618 I System.out: Error loading item 20170106_101325 01-15 18:42:06.763 18618 18618 I System.out: Error loading item 20170106_101327 01-15 18:42:06.763 18618 18618 I System.out: Error loading item 20170106_101134 The server doesn't show any error in the logs. Tell me if you need server logs. Thanks.
ebr 14929
I can't reproduce this problem. Can anyone else?
fracarvic 1
It's strange. I try uninstall and reinstall Emby on Nvidia Shield to see if it's a local problem, relogin to emby server, and when I enter a folder I can see thumbs, but can't see fullscreen photo. I try to remove the photo library in Emby server, and reconfigure it, but same problem. In web the photos shows perfect, but not in Shield. ¿ It's better than I submit logs through Android TV app ? ebr 14929
Please post a server log from that operation. The above log from the app already shows the basic issue - the images cannot be loaded. If the server log doesn't help us we can look at the entire app log. Thx.
fracarvic 1
Here are server logs. At 18:47 I browse folders, and at 18:48 I open varios photos fullscreen (shield shows generic image). server.txt

fracarvic 1
Are normal jpg, from mobiles or digital camera. I can't see any photo, old or news. Two weeks ago are working.
ebr 14929
Okay, please send the log from the app and then post here with the name of the Emby user and the time you sent it. Thanks.

ebr 14929
They are just failing to load into the image control. Are they really huge?
fracarvic 1
Some are 8 megapixels and 2mb, and some 13 megapixels and 3mb. Not so big.
Allan Cameron 40
Mine don't load either, they never have. Thumbnails of course always load nicely but you can forget about viewing the actual photo. Emby for NVIDIA SHIELD for me has been this way with photos since day one. ebr 14929
Please try this with the beta version 1.3.20. I think this was a problem related to the Android 7.0 update.
fracarvic 1
With 1.3.20 works, thanks. But when photo are open fullscreen, left or right buttons doesn't change photo as before.

Yeah, I didn't have time to chase that down. You can still, however, use the up arrow to bring up a thumbnail list to move around in.
