sytone 5 Posted January 14, 2017 Share Posted January 14, 2017 I am recoring a TV serise (Treehouse Masters) and looking at the recording I have a new one Treehouse MastersS6, E2 - Nature's Super HQ Looking at the tvdb: 7 x 2 Nature's Super HQ 2017-01-13 so given data somes from the tvdb site it will not match correctly and breaks my organization nicely. Where is hdhomerun getting the data from schedules direct? Or somewhere else? Does it make sens to look the episode information up in the same place meta data is pulled from? sytone 5 Posted January 14, 2017 Author Share Posted January 14, 2017 I am using schedules direct, I have been assuming it is in the feed somewhere. Looking at this show the Animal Plate side has it a S8E3, Recording has S6E2 and the tvdb has S7E2 so I am not sure which is correct but assuming that meta data comes from thetvdb (in settings for Episode types) I assume it will mismatch? Luke 37125 Posted January 15, 2017 Share Posted January 15, 2017 Yes quite possibly that could lead to incorrect metadata. What you might need to do there is disable internet metadata for the library the recordings are being saved in, or if you don't want to disable it for the entire library, you can lock metadata just for that series.
