DVB Closed Captioning

Hi,

 

I've just started trying out emby Live TV with a view to one day replacing MCE (surprise...!)

 

I use HDHomerun x2 (4 tuners), for Australian DVB-T streams.

I am using IceTV xml feed in the LiveTV server config.

 

Once I cleaned up duplicate channels from the HDHRs, and mapped guide channels, EPG looks good (even more so when I loaded channel logos) 

 

My kids like to watch LiveTV (or timeshifted / recordedTV) with closed captioning on (we hate the TV being on too loud and they claim they can't hear it, so they are happy to "read" the TV shows!)

 

Whenever I try to turn on CC on liveTV, the picture freezes and doesn't responding to pause/play commands anymore (I use MCE remote and also keyboard). I have to exit from LiveTV and go back again.

 

How can I troubleshoot this? What data should i provide to help analysis?
