[Bug] Playback and convert error

Hello It have been about a week since I've notice this problem,

When I'm trying to start on emby one of my newly added movies, I get this error:

Video Error
There was an error playing the video.

But, even though I get this error, I can still hear the sound of the movie play, but the video play is not displayed.

and I've tried to play the movie on the web (on Chrome 55.0.2883.87 m), on which I've got the error, and on the Roku player, on which and every thing seem to be just fine.

If it can help, my videos come from bluray rip made with MakeMKV and transcoded with Handbrake.

I normally keep the original subtitles (PGS) and sound tracks.

I know it is very specific, but I've noticed this problem with:

Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (2016), and

The Magnificent Seven (2016)

I've noticed those 4 lines in the log which might be the source of the problem:

[matroska, webm @ 0x41b74a0] Could not find codec parameters for stream 3 (Subtitle: hdmv_pgs_subtitle): unspecified size
Consider increasing the value for the 'analyzeduration' and 'probesize' options
[matroska, webm @ 0x41b74a0] Could not find codec parameters for stream 4 (Subtitle: hdmv_pgs_subtitle): unspecified size
Consider increasing the value for the 'analyzeduration' and 'probesize' options

but I don't really know if I can adjust thoses settings by myself, and where I can change them.

Plus, when I go on the server dashboard, I always tons of notifications saying:

Convert media failed.
Invalid type conversion MediaBrowser.Model.Sync.SyncCategory

I don't know what can cause them, but I've attached the debug log below.

I'm using the package : emby-server 3.1.1-11-1 (reported by: `aptitude`)

on Debian 8.6 (jessie) (reported by `lsb_release -a`)

Full convert log: http://pastebin.com/Js63Ndb6

Thanks for your help.
