Live TV working flawlessly on Android but buffering on Emby Theater

I have an HDHR Connect setup extremely easily thanks to the built in support in Emby:  DVR and the guide (schedules direct) both work great.  

 

My issue is this:

 

When I use my Emby app on my Moto X while on wifi and watch Live TV (CBS, NBC, etc) it plays without buffering at all.  The max streaming bitrate is set to auto and I never thought twice about changing it since it worked so well.  Since it worked great on my phone, I thought firing it up with my new Xbox One S with Emby theater would be no problem, but the same channels that worked with my phone perfectly were pausing every 5 seconds or so then resuming.  The Xbox is on the same wifi as my phone and is actually right next to the wireless router.  

 

On my Windows 10 PC that has my server I downloaded Emby Theater and tried watching Live Tv and the same stopping/starting occurred.  

 

I'm new to Emby but is there anything I can do other than tweak the transcoding settings on the server?
