Andrommy 2 Posted December 25, 2016 Share Posted December 25, 2016 I use the function sort by date added often but after a new install of emby on a new pc server the date added is totally wrong, my first movie was added 1/13/1930 it says and the latest 9/14/2029 Nothing wrong with the file's creation date and if I choose to date scanned to library as behavior for new content the result is the same. Deleting the nfo and rescan doesnt help either. A bit of a fix: If i chose not to store nfos and images within media folders it seems to be working. Luke 37116 Posted December 26, 2016 Share Posted December 26, 2016 Most likely when you added the movie it came with a pre-existing nfo that already had the added value populated. Refreshing does not change the added value and this is by design. Why are you expecting it to change? If you have an added value in nfo metadata, then that value is considered to be the value that you want, and the server will not change it.
