Music Playback with Intermittent Stuttering

For the last several weeks I've noticed a pattern of music playback that is a persistent occurrence while streaming music remotely. Some songs play for approximately 8-10 seconds followed by a 3-5 second pause and repeats for the length of the song. Any song that plays this way also means that entire album will also play the same as well. If a song plays fine then the whole album will play fine. It appears to be album specific and any album that plays this way will typically always play this way although I have tried to stream music to my phone while in my home network and on some instances that album will then play remotely fine after that point. I've attached log files from the exact time period this issue occurred last. It did happen with several songs/albums during the period of time the logs cover. So it is more than a typical remote playback stutter, it is a concrete and repeatable playback issue.
